QUALIFICATIONS
• must possess a bachelor degree in accountancy and full CPA OR ACCA or its equivalent with 7 years relevant experience
• Must be computer literacy especially with accounting related software packages
• The holder must be registered by NBAA as a certified Accountant
• A certificate in CII working experience in reinsurance matters will be an added advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Maintaining accounts for both inward and outward business
b. Processing receipt and payments for both decant and retro cessionaries accounts and attending to related correspondence
c. Facilitating claims payments
d. Following up of outstanding balances
e. Implementing promptly reinsurance accounting activities in accordance with approved company policies and procedures
f. Preparing the regulatory reports for submission to the insurance regulatory authority
g. To perform any other relevant duties as may be assigned by to him by senior
