RESPONSIBILITIES
· Managing support to the internal Auditor General Division in ministry of finance and planning of Tanzania in the context of GIZ good financial governance
· Assisting with complex analysis of technical process on internal auditor to facilitate ad hence to international audit standards issued by the institute of the auditors and the global and national board of accountant and auditors
· Advice AIGD how to ensure that internal Audit activities in the in the public sector ara alleged and the risk they face
· Provide strategic and organization advice to strengthen ID international
· Assist AIGD to enhance capacity of internal auditors and improve their independence and objectivity

Qualification
· University degree in relevant disciple i.e economics, finance, accounting business administration or public administration
· 10 years experience in working in public sector auditing
· Skills and experience in executing control design assessment identifying mapping ,key risk control and gaps
· Significant ans experience and success in producing effective verbal in written communication skills
· Skills n using MS WORD,EXCEL. POWERPOINT, ACESS AND PROJECT
· fluent English and Swahili language skills
