KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Marketing of all insurance products in the Bank (Life & General).
* Ensure appropriate Bancassurance Structure.
* Develop and execute an overall Business Plan.
* Active management of relationships with all insurance partners.
* Periodic reporting of Bancassurance financials.
* Ensuring Compliance with Local Insurance regulations, policies and
procedures.
* Manage marketing programmes in line with business objectives
(premiums, commissions, product type, number of policies)
* Train Marketing Officers on Bancassurance products.
* Responsible for all reporting as required by the regulator –
TIRA/in-house/ etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree holder with relevant insurance certification.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
-At least 5-10-year experience in the Insurance Industry of which 3
-to 5 years at a Managerial level.
-Good understanding of Insurance market in Tanzania and local laws governing Insurance.
-Excellent management skills.
-Strong commercial acumen, people & project management skills.
