– This is a key of senior management leadership position for managing the financial functions statutory and regulatory reporting set the finance agenda for the company in areas of financial reporting set the finance agenda for the company in the areas of financial reporting internal controls solvency tax IT regulatory compliance and strategy
– Excellent interpersonal facilitation and negotiation skills
– A high level of integrity and dependability with storage sense of urgency and results orientation
– Should possess sufficient capability for business communication financial analysis presentation
– Excellent computer skills with email, internet world and excel with power point

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor degree and ACCA or equivalent of 10 years of progressive experienced is required insurance industry experience preferred finance and banking industry experience will be given serious considerations
– Exposure to an insurance industry is preferred although not a pre requisite
– Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
