Job purpose and summary:
Plan International will implement a new programming in Nduta and Mtendeli camps – Kibondo District – Kigoma Region to provide an improved access to protection services, essential items, life-skills training, income generating activities, sensitizations and recreational activities for Burundi refugee youths in Nduta and Mtendeli camps via the youth centers.
The Finance & Admin Officer is responsible for providing the quality financial and administrative management necessary to support an effective humanitarian operation.
Skills required:
Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills appropriate to the audience
Proficient Computer skills and use of relevant accounting packages
Ability to work under harsh condition
Ability to work under multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
Good English language skills(oral /written )
Qualifications and experience
In-depth knowledge of the Finance and accounting preferably in Non-profit making organisation
A degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
CPA will be an added advantage
