JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Advanced Diploma.
Preferred (ideal) Qualifications: An appropriate business degree from a recognized Institution.

Experience
• Previous CSR/Sales Consultant experience is essential. (12 months)
• Co-coordinator/team leader needs to have both teller and sales experience (12 months for the agencies/portable)
Key result areas
• Deal with customer issues from frontline team members to prevent complaints from escalating
• Manage risk and compliance of frontline activities
• Ensure frontline team members have the appropriate means and abilities.
• Coach frontline team members to provide the appropriate experience to customers
• Hold team members accountable through performance management.
