Reporting to Head retail banking, the candidates will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and generating revenue through agency banking by recruitment management of agents
Key Responsibilities
• Identification / selection of the new prospective agents In their areas.
• Ensuring appropriate documentation and agreements
• Ensure training of agents and agent assistants
• Training on trouble shooting at agency location.
• Ensuring that the Agents are monitoring their cash in tills at outlet and float In the Bank account.
• Crowing the retail Agency business.
• Ensuring audit findings and recommendations are rectified.
Educational qualification
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Banking. Accounting, Finance or any other relevant
Experience & competence required
• At least 6 years competence as a supervisor/officer in banking with at least 1 year of specific experience In Agency Banking business.
• Goal Driven and Results Oriented.
• Knowledge of operational policies, procedures and legalities relevant to branch operations.
• In-depth knowledge and established contacts within the Agency Banking Industry.
• Have strong appreciation of banking technological requirements and needs
