Should provide effective human resource management, administrative and operational support to various functions of the Organization so as to ensure optimal contribution of HR needs of the organization and staff. He/she should facilitate smooth operations of the FCI Tanzania administration functions.

Qualifications: At least 3 years’ experience in marketing of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs), or Agricultural Products. Project management experience is an added advantage. Holder of Bachelor degree in B.Com-Marketing /Bachelor of Business Administration- Marketing! Agricultural Economics / Agri-business / Business Administration.
Summary of duties and responsibilities: Market development and Linkages, Projects Support and Planning, Agri-inputs supplies facilitation and Reports developments and dissemination.
