International Sales And Marketing Manager – Dar es salaam – Kolon Global Corporation

ROLE PROFILE
An international sales and marketing manager plays role in managing the sales and marketing activities related to global trading business to local business organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for finding buyer and supplier in the local market
• Responsible for offering, negotiation, receiving order to/from buyer and/or supplier
• Responsible for assisting in planning and execution of international trade
• Responsible for coordination between head office (Korea) and Tanzania office
• Responsible for coordination of identifying potential local demand and market status
• Responsible for coordination import, export and custom clearance process

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND SPECIFICATION
• Must have minimum 3 years working experience in the sales and marketing field which is preferred in steel product, chemical product and building materials field
• Must have working experience or basic knowledge of import, export and custom clearance process
• Must be able to develop and maintain business plans, timelines and priorities, critical
programs and elements necessary to achieve the goal on a consistent basis
• Must be very responsible and organized with the ability to work across organization effectively
• Must have excellent communication skill of verbal and writing with English and Kiswahili.
• Must have good sales and negotiation skill
• Minimum a bachelor degree in business administration or international business or any equivalent
• Must have good computer skill including MS-EXCEL, MS-POWERPOINT and etc.
