Duties and Responsibilities
1. Preparing proposals/ quotations, bidding documents & developing contracts.
2. Margins and net profit and achieve defined targets meeting marketing expense budgets.
3. Provide necessary support for the strategic scheduling for the enhancement of different applications of products.
4. Work with financial, administration, logistics, sales and marketing departments in order to deliver value to customers.
5. Meet with dealers, national accounts, end-users, and the sales force to define new product.
6. Requirements and work with product development to document these requirements in product specifications.
7. Organizing sales visits, tracking consumer demands and trends, establishing a generalized requirement for stocking & suggesting any improvement changes for our product.
8. Provide technical consultation for major farmers regarding various agricultural issues.
9. Maintain top class service standards to please & maintain customers’ satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
•Must have Degree or Diploma in the related field
•Minimum 2 year experience in Sales and marketing
•Maintains confidentiality
