Qualifications;
Successful completion of Form 1 V with an “0” Level certificate of Education. ‘Must have attended a Clerical Induction Course from Public Service College, and obtained a relevant certificate.
Duties;
• Registration of mail, filing, indexing, housing of files, maintaining a diary and recording of files for future action.
• Ensuring correct distribution of files to schedule officers for action.
• Maintain daily record files distributed to officer etc.
• Addressing, sorting and dispatching of letters through mail clearing centre or postal services.
• Carry files from one office to another.
