National Institute for Productivity is a public institution responsible for productivity and competitiveness and improvement all sectors of the economy
THe NIP is looking for suitably Tanzanian with relevant qualifications to fill the positions of personal secretary grade I in the institute
THE PERSONAL SECRETARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
i. Receiving and directing visitors to responsible officers
ii. Maintaining diary and appointments for superiors
iii. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
iv. Maintaining and keeping office records , documents and files
v. Typing letters, reports and other documents
vi. Processing applications for training and producing training reports
vii. Maintain applied research, training and consultancy services records and
viii. Performing any other secretarial duties and office management functions as assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
a. A holder of a secondary educations certificates O AND A LEVEL
b. A holder of a diploma in secretarial services from a recognized institutions
c. At least 1 year experience in secretarial duties in a reputable organizations
d. Good command of spoken and written and English and Kiswahili
e. Good interpersonal skills and communications
f. Good organizing and multiple tasking skills and
g. Competence in Microsoft world excel and access
REMUNERATIONS
Salary Scale of NIP 5 and attractive fringe benefit
