RESPONSIBILITIES
– provide exemply customery service , direct patient, family members and other victors
– answer incoming calls, respond to inqueries or redirect caller to the appropriate staff assistance
– schedule appointments and acurately enters data into scheduling syestem
– registered patient and enters or update demographic and insurance informations
– communicate with clinical staff to maintain patient flow and update waiting patient
– handles request for patient medical records
– taking vital signs from the patients

– professional telephone etiquete
– ability to interact with other in calm, friendly and caring manner
– active listening skills empthy towards others
– strong organizational and analytical skills
– ability to follow well-defined instructions and comply with regulattions standars

– medical terminology preffered
EXPERIENCE
– Experience in physicians office or hospital is preffered
– minimum 6 months of customers service experience required
– electronical medical record experience
EDUCATIONS
– high school is required
– nusring college course work is preffered
