RESPONSIBILITIES
• In depth research and business analysis of the bank’s operating process
• Prototyping and testing of new ideas and solution
• Develop new software and mobile applications web based interface and back end data management under the directives and instructions of the head of the business development
• Develop and maintain new data
• Understand current infrastructure of the bank the disparate systems being used in collection and storage of data and help improve the procedures in place
• Conduct external market research where necessary

SELECTION CRITERIAL
Must passes at least a Bachelor degree or equivalent 16 years of formal educating degree in ICT if the undergrad education is completed with a major than ICT applicants should holds a post grad degree in ICT

COMPUTER LITERACY
i. Should have a minimum of experience in setting managing and upgrading and informing systems
ii. Additional data management related certificate are preferred
iii. Should be able to design database design schema, normalization, reports and web based interface reporting
iv. Must skilled with database
v. Should be familiar with ETL OLAP concept
vi. Well versed in SOL
vii. Should know HPH ruby, or any other scripting language to setup online reporting portals
viii. Must have working knowledge of java hadoop or hibemate
