Requirements
Qualification / Experience
• At least a degree in IT or related course
• Broad knowledge and understanding of IT devices & equipment, its set-up & maintenance, including imaging, trouble-shooting and development
• Good knowledge of using windows maintenance platforms and understanding of Cross-platform issues & solutions
• At least 2 years experience in managing hardware & software systems in medium or large size organizations
• Experience in managing information technology systems, helpdesk and customer care
Additional Requirements
• Fluent English and Kiswahili speaker/reader/writer
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi cultural society
• Ability to work independently in an organized manner, conscious of time
• Strong analytical skills
