Qualifications
Holder of Master’s degree in education, counseling or guidance from a recognized University/Institution with work experience of not less than six years in the career be it within the Institute or at any other Higher Learning Institution.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide counseling to students, Coordinates career counseling and job placements for 6 final year students and allocation of jobs to students on vacation, Advises Students in the operation of the Students Organization at the Institute and supervises the election of its leadership, Performs any other duties as delegated by the Dean of Students.

Salary Scale: PGSS 13

General Conditions

(vi) Certificates from foreign universities should be verified by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).
(vii) Only shortlisted candidates will be informed on a date for interview.

All vacancies carry competitive remunerations in terms of salaries/ Honorarium and other packages in accordance with the NIT Scheme of Service and Staff Regulations.
