We are seeking an qualified and experienced person to fill the managing director positions based at the school of Jude in Arusha

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Embrace values and other ethos of the school
– Be accountable to the board for all school operations
– Provide strategic of advice to the board
– Foster an open dialogue between the board and the school stakeholders
– Develop strategic and business plans to implement the schools policies
– Build, maintain and motivate leadership team

ATTRIBUTES
– Degree in business, education or other related field
– Fluent English and Swahili speaker
– Senior experience in an educational environment Is highly desirable
– Good planning and organizational skills within an eye detail
