Duties and Responsibilities
• Assisting in collecting data regarding training needs assessment.
• Assisting in the registration of distance learning students.
• Assisting and participating in teaching various courses and seminars.
• Assisting in record keeping for programme activities.
• Support carrying out training needs assessment of the potential clients.
• Assist in preparing and executing demand driven training programmes.
• Assist in undertaking research in associative economics.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department or Regional Programme Coordinator.

Qualifications
• Possession of an advanced diploma or first Degree in cooperative management, accounting and community development plus ICT skills.

Remuneration
• Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the MoCU`s salary scale PUSS 4
