Duties and responsibilities:
• Day to day responsibility and accountability for the Installation, configuration, update and maintenance of the Windows PCs and peripheral equipment (such as printers, scanners, etc.). These responsibilities include the cleaning of computers and alignment of printers, ensuring the legality of software and continuation of services.
• Provide technical support to staff and other users in the use of IT services and equipment.
• Support all IT Hardware, Software, and Hospital Information System within a very fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Provide dedicated first and second level support to users of the computing facility across MNH campus through Telephone and face-to-face.
• Assist in the backup of corporate data and system
• Create and update technical documents concerning IT installations of computer hardware and software
• Provide Training to end user as directed to training Officer.
• Execute Quality Assurance Programmes
• To keep and maintain records and statistics.
• To assist in planning and conducting research
• Carry out data processing
• Proper handling and care of equipments and tools.
• Engage in continuous professional development
• Any other duties as may be assigned

Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or FTC in Computer Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized institution
• A+ Certification is an added advantage
• Holder of form IV/VI
