Job Purpose:
To maintain and ensure safety of mechanical systems and equipment at all time.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
a) Making Periodical inspections on installations at the Branch’s premises to identify areas that need attention;
b) Carrying out maintenance and repair services of the Branch buildings, machinery and equipment;
c) Preparing requisitions for spare parts and consumable components to ensure that repairs are undertaken as per specifications;
d) Performing annual preventive maintenance schedules for all high security locking systems;
e) Ensuring safety standards are maintained at the Branch;
f) Performing other related duties as assigned.
Education/Professional Qualifications and Experience Required:
a) Diploma or Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited College/University.
b) A good team player.
c) Excellent written and oral communication skills.
d) Two (2) years’ relevant work experience.
