Duties and Responsibilities
• Deals with staff welfare matters.
• Assists in conducting staff performance appraisal.
• Assist in the provision of Administrative services
• Prepares manpower planning and training programme.
• Deals with interpretation of various circulars on salaries, leave, retirements, etc.
• Drafting circulars land papers for submission to various committee.
• Processing staff disciplinary cases, matters on staff regulation and procedures, and pensions.
• Checking details of analyzing data and be able to prepare reports.
• Handling correspondences and documents related to personnel issues.
• Implementation of personnel, hospital, students policies and regulations.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
• Holder of a University Degree or Advanced Diploma with bias in Public Administration,
• Transport Management, Industrial relations or Hospital Administration from a recognized institution.
• Must be computer literate
