STARTEGIG FUNCTIONS
– guide the organizations change and deliver continuously improvements in key operations areas elevating WWF Tanzania profile leading Tanzania choice and a WWF Country Office organized

– Exercise leadership on bringing the holistic organizations growth and effectiveness of operations in integral member of the WWF Tanzania Senior management team

– Provide strategic input on engagement of the WWF Tanzania on regional and global operations issues

– Serve as the WWF Network focal point for the WF Tanzania and regional and global operations

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
– Advanced university degree in business administration’s or management A CPA is an added advantage

– Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis , contracts and legal compliance

– Skills mix should include the organizational development budget and resource human resource management, implementations, and evaluations

– Strong skills in program and project planning financial management, implementations and evaluations

– Excellent people , team building, to facilitate the work of others communications skills, and ability to create the excel in dynamic working environment

– Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of WWF Tanzania

– Knowledge of NGO and institutional and legal framework in Tanzania familiarly with the government bilateral and multilateral assistance agencies is desire
