Qualifications
• At least 6 years developing strategic plans for CSOs
• Knowledgeable on project planning, logical framework, budgets, and analysis
• Familiarity with SCO challenges and opportunities
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience on facilitation, supporting and coordination of CSOs
• Proven ability to impact skills and knowledge to participants using a range of facilitation approaches including adult learning methods
• Strong writing and communication skills in both Kiswahili and English
• And ability to develop standardized templates in Microsoft Office formats
