a) Duties And Responsibilities:
Inspect the buildings in order to identify defects and timely provide
report to superiors.
Attend with courtesy tenants’ complaints and timely provide report to
superiors.
Carrying up rent assessment and ensuring that rent is paid by all
tenants and timely provides report to superiors.
Ensure that land rent and services charges in respect of the plots are
paid promptly and timely provide report to superiors.
Assist in preparation, implementation, and reviewing the Property
Management Policy and timely provide report to superiors.
Advise timely on matters related to Property management.
Assist in developing annual maintenance programs of the properties and
timely provide report to superiors.
Ensure that the building is promptly and efficiently, supplied with all
facilities and social services i.e. furniture, other equipment and
timely provide report to superiors.
Perform any other duties as he/she may be assigned by supervisor.
b) Qualifications
Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in, Land Management and Valuation, Estates
Management, Building
Economics or equivalent qualification with at least three years of
relevant work experience in a
reputable institution. Must be computer literate
