Accountabilities
• Responsible for achieving financial (subscriber growth, operating profit and cash flow) and operational targets.
• Responsibility for subsidy management, database management and the execution of retention strategies.
• Be the focal point for regulatory issues in the country including new legislations and technological developments impacting on the sector.
• Take responsibility for customer service delivery.
• Monitor and propose on strategies to counter competition.
