Entry Qualifications:
eHolder of MBA IN Human Resource manager or Msc. Human Resource manager, public Administration or its quivalent from a recognized institution. She/he must have at least 11 years relevant work experience, five of which must have been in a senior managerial position. s/he must have excellent computer skills and good interpersonal skills.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
1 Foster and builds a business- oriented culture, which recognizes superior service, teamwork, taking initiatives, empowerment and respect:
2 Fine-tunes the organization setup to ensure that the structure supports the chosen strategic focus and direction
3 Formulate and implements a management plan, which is consistent with the company’s business plan:
4 From time to time reviews remuneration packages with the objective of attaining internal and external equal:
5 Implements performance management system that support the business plan;
6 Prepares and implements a training plan and budget that enhances levels of staff performance;
7 Ensures that the Human Resource management information system produces the necessary reports for use in planning and control.
8 Ensure provision of coast effective welfare service to employed
9 Manages internal transport logistic requirement cleaning services,
10 Manages the upkeep of office environment cleaning services;
11 Manages the company’s security and outsourced security services at the head office and in the zones to ensure the companies property is well protected:
12 Conducts open performance review and appraisal of subordinates and gives feedback:
13 Liaise with trade union to ensure harmonized work relations
14 In consultation with the managing editor, develops individual individual performs any other duties that many be assigned by the manager
15 Preforms any other duties that many be assigned by the managing editor
