The role
The recruited volunteers will work under the supervision of representatives from both the HR and ICT departments and will be there tohelp enter and sort necessary employee data into ARUTI (anything from employee family details, staff pictures, staff names to employee birth and appointment dates); a HR system designed to facilitate the management of employee lifecycles and other HR related functions. The two selected candidates are expected to be able to logically reason, make appropriate decisions, ask questions when unsure and thoroughly check and enter information.

The candidate
Qualifications and skills:
• Bachelors in HR / accounting/ ICT
• Computer literate
• Good command of Microsoft office and excel
• Good communication skills both English and Kiswahili, pro-active

• Good attention to detail
• Good team work
• Self motivated
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Strong ethical code
• Remain confidential about the data entered and reviewed into the system
• Persistent and flexible
