Human Resource Manager – Dar es salaam – Power and Network Backup Co. Ltd

4.1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION
To implement approved HR policies and procedure, provide efficient and effective welfare service to members of staff so as to maintain high level of morale and productivity.
4.2 Reporting to the General Manager

4.3 Main duties and Responsibilities
• Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance , health and safety
• Recruiting staff-This include developing job descriptions and person specification
• Initiate and keep inventory of workers files
• Keep track record and advices management on development and changes in labor laws, best practices and any other statutory requirement that impact on business
• Assists in preparation of company’s HR policy and incentive schemes
• Advice on pay and other remuneration issues
• Dealing with disputes and implementing disciplinary procedure
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with other Department Managers
• Any other duties as may be assigned by superiors
AGE LIMIT- not more than 41 years

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIN AND EXPERIENCE
• University degree in HRM , Public Administration and any other related field from an accredited institution

EXPERIANCE
• 3-5 years working experience in Human Resource
• Knowledge of HR database Management will be added advantage
