Human Resource Officer – Morogoro – Jordan University College

Key Responsibilities
• Reports to the deputy Principal for Finance and Administration
• In charge of all personnel related matters, including: Recruiting and selection, on boarding programmes, performance appraisal, training and development, welfare and organisational structure
• Execute administrative activities, including: Personnel data storage & analysis, keep up to date statistical records of all JUCO employees as a tool for human resources planning and pay slips delivery.

Desired Qualificaions, skills and experience
• Bachelor`s degree from a top academic institution with top marks or equivalent.
• Ideally, MA in human resources management, public Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Proven administrative experience in related fiels in a large institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic perspective combined with ability to slove problems.
• Able to design and execute structured plan with respet to deadlines and care for details still maintaining agility and adaptability.
• Computer skills at a proficiency level.
• At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar position.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
