QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administrations, public administrations, social or equivalent qualifications obtained from recognized institutions
– Knowledge in risk management is an added advantage
– Age not above 40 years
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assisting the senior personnel/ training officer in the reviewing applications for head officer and branches vacant post, preparing shortlist and arranging for interviews
– Preparing offers of the appointment for successful candidates and confirmations at successful and probation letters of transfer and changes of salary due to promotions/demotions of new appointments
– Process staff benefit entitlements, loan and advanced as per approvals
– Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
