Qualifications;
Possession of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma ‘in Public Administration (with bias in Human Resources management or Public services management) from a recognized University with a working experience at list 2 years. Basic ‘Computer application skill will be an added advantage.
Duties:
• Coordinate recruitments, placement, timely confirming new employee and promotion.
• Check to ascertain accuracy for onward transmission for approval of staff welfare issues e.g. Processing and approving annual leave, loans and other staff claims.
• Review procedures and policies on staff recruitment and recommends possible solutions for-management consideration.
• Ensure safety of personnel within the office premises.
• Co-ordinate the open performance review and appraisal system (OPRAS)
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
