Institutional Capacity Development Officer – Dar es salaam – Pact Tanzania

The institutional capacity development officer has the following specific duties and responsibilities

Ø Initiate strategic engagement discussion with SCOs using SAUTI’s assessment tools AND integrated technical organizations capacity
Ø Support LGAs in drafting district specific actions plans to build in SAUTI sustainability plan and MOU
Ø draft assessment LGAs analysis reports as per SAUTI assessment reports standards
Ø document organizations develop achievement attained by the CSOs and LGAs
Ø draft monthly invoice reports related to ICD interventions in assigned regions
Ø draft quarterly reports related to SAUTI objectives for the assigned regions
Ø establish dialogue with CSOs and stake holder to maintain effective working relationship sustain interest and increase cooperation’s

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
– master’s degree in sociology, public health or economic development or equivalent experience
– over 4 years relevant experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
v bachelor degree in sociology, public health or economic development or equivalent experience
v at least 5 years experience
v experience in working international funded projects
v at least 4 years of project management experience in east Africa
v fluency in English and intermediate Kiswahili
v willingness to move to the field if necessary and previous regional, experience
v ability to work both independently as well as in a team
v strong interpersonal and team building skills
