DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PLANNING
– Shall be chief spokesperson of the bank
– Shall achieve the cohere planning
– Shall work through head office manager and branches who are immediate assist in attaining the objectives of the bank as stipulated in the business strategy
– Ensure that there is a proper organizations and control of resources of the bank meet the strategy
– Establish and approve the objectives for management and staff members and provides development and implementations of plains operating units of the bank
ORGANIZING
– provide for implementations, accomplishment and control of the organizations structure in all operating units of the bank
– establish harmonies working relationship among all components of the organizations
COORDINATING
– coordinate the activities all of all branches and operating units of the bank so as to maintain satisfactory progress towards approved objectives
– ensure that operating the units of the bank receive adequate specialized advice and services from staff and promotes cooperative effort between line and staff at all levels
MOTIVATING
– formulate an overall personal policy of the bank and established and maintain s and environment which stimulate and encourages maximum productivity on the part of the employs of the bank
CONTROLLING
– establish standard for evaluating the progress of the bank and each of its components towards approved objects
– appraise and evaluate the operating results of the business and directs corrective actions where required
– report progress of the bank to the board of the directors
OPERATIONS
– keep the board fully informed on all aspect of the bank activities
– direct the operations of the bank so as to attain objectives within the scope of established policies
– response the bank when appropriate and promotes good relations with the management committee of the institutions
– ensure that responsible under the memorandum and articles of associations of bank and other statutes are fulfilled
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
– Minimum master degree in any of the following fields accounting and finance, banking and finance, economics, commerce, or business administrations
– 10 years working experience in senior leadership positions
– Fully computer literacy
– Excellent spoken and writing English and Kiswahili
– Strategic thinking
– Committed to results
– Business savvy
– Lading change and motivating
