BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Provide support services to the Project Management Unit.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
She/He shall:
a) Follow up on offices cleaning and servicers and other amenities daily to specified
standards;
b) Maintain office floors, walls, furniture, and surroundings in acceptable condition;
c) Timely collect and distribute all incoming and outgoing mails, files, messages and
packages;
d) Make photocopying and binding official documents;
e) Service meetings and workshops;
f) Run errands for the Project;
g) Perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the Administrative Officer

QUALIFICATIONS
a) At least Form IV Certificate
b) Fluent in written and spoken English and Kiswahili;
c) At least 2 years’ experience as office assistant;
d) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
e) Self motivated with integrity and high level of confidentiality.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
a) Timely delivery of mails, messages, files and parcels to right destination;
b) Evidence of a clean offices and premises;
c) Timely production of photocopies;
