The Operation Officer is to develop projects conducted by GN including activities and the budget in a proper way to achieve mission and vision of GN. Also, he/she should ensure feasibility and effectiveness of the projects, and establish networks in sphere of project influence.
Duties and responsibilities
– Finding new sites and developing new project.
– Setting up the new CDP (Community Development Project) office with operation team.
– Designing projects with PPF (Project Proposal Form) results of research for new community and adjusting it with IHQ.
– Conducting monitoring visit in fields of CDPs.
– Compiling and analyzing statistics of projects in annual review.
– Conducting evaluation (Impact assessment) to secure effectiveness.
– Build networks of project-related experts and influential groups to involve into GN works as consultants or champions.
– Cooperating with other organizations like government, NGO’s and local groups.
– Training staffs in field office and providing them for guideline.
Skills
– Basic understanding of policy development and developing and delivering advocacy that has demonstrably influenced governments, donors and other organizations and processes at a high level.
– Designing, managing and reporting skills on complex programs across dispersed locations successfully.
– Sensitivity to cultural differences, and the ability to work in a wide variety of cultural contexts.

Qualification and experience
– At least two years experience.
– Degree in related discipline.
– Knowledge on Project Cycle Management, Humanitarian Principles, Cultural awareness (Cross cultural working, Inter-personal skills, dealing with local authorities, common ethical dilemmas).
– Excellent communication skills.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Must be energetic, aggressive and passionate hard-working person with willingness to learn and grow.
