QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Holder of Masters in materials Management or Procurement plus CPSP (T) and nine (9) years experience in similar profession/carrier.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares quarterly purchasing and stores returns.
• Plan and Organizes purchase and supplies activities.
• Coordinates purchasing and supplies activities.
• Reviews policies pertaining to Materials Management.
• Advises the Chief Accountant on purchasing matters.
• Supervises junior staff in the section and ensuring that such duties are properly executed.
• Designs induction programmes to new employees at the section.
• Performs any other related duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor
REMUNERATION
• Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the Institution’s salary scale PGSS 12.
