Qualifications and Experience:
(i) Holder of Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Economic Planning, Economics or Statistics;
(ij) Holder of Master’s Degree in Economic Planning, Economics or Statistics;
(iij)Thorough knowledge and experience in Medium Term Expenditure Frame Work (MTEF) Budgeting System
iv)at least (05) years working experience at a senior position in a reputable organization preferably in planning and Research
v) computer literate with special skill in Database, Spread Sheet and Access programmes

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.2. Duties and Responsibilities
• To Analyze intervention areas for conducting Research/Surveys
• To develop and operationalize research/Surveys agenda for the Board
• To coordinate Research Activities
• To liaise with user departments to obtain information for possible researches/survey to be carries out;
• To develop and maintain a detailed databank on Higher Educational Institutions and students
• To coordinate Researches/Surveys and produce timely report
• To develop and maintain the Board’s Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) Budgets;
• To recommend appropriate and creative methodology to design and manage a research/surveys
• To co-ordinate MTEF implementation and Mid Term Reviews
• To analyze and evaluate research/survey and interpreting data for identification of key issues
• Demonstrated Excellent Personal Integrity and Confidence
