Job Details:
Scope of work:
1. General Day to day management of drivers and operators at vehicles in GC
2. General inspections, checks and maintain of vehicles
3. Supervising all road maintenance and building of new roads
4. Assumes responsibility of care and maintenance of the vehicle in his charge
5. Coordinate the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management to minimize service interruption
6. Maintain accurate up to date vehicle log book
7. Perform all other related duties as may be assigned by management

As such the person filling this position needs to have:
1. Form four certificate (O-level Certificate or equivalent)
2. Qualified on all vehicles and machines in GC with experience in roads building is a benefit.
3. Must perform under pressure
4. A valid class C , E & F driving license
5. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same role would be an added advantage.
6. Working knowledge of rules and regulations of the Traffic Act
7. Friendly and positive personality
8. Good communication skills (Spoken & written both English & Swahili)
9. Attention to details
10. Eager to work in service environment
11. Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures
12. Maturity and patience to effectively deal with other staff
