Sales Team Lead – Dar es salaam – Interchick Company limited

Specific Responsibilities
• Strategic planning including competitive analysis of the marketplace, customer and penetration plans and identification and selection of best markets for all items
• Develop and grow new and existing markets
• Manage direct reports by providing clear direction and expectations that align with the divisions strategic plan
• Achieve the business units revenue and profitability targets
• Establish an environment and foundation for growth
• Ensure that the sales representatives have the required skills, training and tools required to achieve the set targets
• Conduct monthly reviews
• Establish a close alliance between DOC sales and feed sales working closely with the DOC manager and the feed business development manager

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree/Diploma in Animal Science/Veterinary or Agriculture/Higher Diploma in Business Administration or any other business related disciplines
• 3 years marketing experience in comparable industries
• Ability to plan and manage both at a strategic and tactical leel
• Leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Self motivation
• Honestly and integrity
