Senior Human Resources Officer III – Arusha – Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority

Qualifications:
• Holders of Advanced Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management with Postgraduate
• Degree in Human Resources Management from reputable institutions.

Experience:
Candidates must possess at least 3 years continuous work experience in human Resources Management at a senior position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining up to-date Human Resources records so as to have a sound management information system for the staff.
• Ensuring healthy working relations at the work place.
• Implementing and reviewing staff Policies, Rules, Regulations and a Procedures.
• Giving advice on all matters related to staff.
• Preparing training programmes.
• Participating in preparing departmental annual budget.
• Liaising with Trade Union and Conciliation Boards on matters relating to labour relations.
• Formulating and implementing induction programmes for new employees.
• Participating in identifying training need for staff. –
• Evaluating jobs so as to develop Schemes of Service.
• Overseeing employee’s benefit-entitlements.
• Advising departmental Heads on disciplinary matters.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Seniors
