DUTIES
– Plan and coordinate all trainings
– Liaise the local stakeholder and local government authorities
– Conduct need assessment, mapping, and other preparatory activities as needed
– Supervise recruitment and mentoring of outreach workers and lay workers from peer groups
– Implement programs interventions and according to the work plan target and SOPs
– Focal person to liaise the regional stakeholder on the program and progress of intervention
– Liaise with the – sub grantees performing in the regions
– Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS
– Medical doctor with clinical back ground in HIV/AIDS and related disease
– Demonstrated experience working lake zone regions Tanzania
– Excellent computer skills
– Excellent written and verbal communications skills and English and Swahili
