The successful holder will be responsible for the Embassy engagement in social protections policy and programe for the management of partnership and for providing technical advice and analysis for the design of a new programme aimed at supporting poor household to realize their right to secure and resilient live hood

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· A post graduate qualifications in development social policy, rural development and economics or related discipline relevant to the requirements for this post
· A minimum of 4 years relevant experience working in the field of social protections its desirable that at least3 years these will have been spent of the senior level with a locally based institutions international organizations
· Sound understanding the policy, economy, social and cultural environments of the impacting social protections a and live hood in Tanzania, including a clear understanding of the relevant Tanzania Public Policy institutions and policy frame work
