Store Manager – Dar es salaam – Jhpiego

Overview
The Stores Manager is expected to provide overall maintenance of Jhpiego stores including training materials, models, office stationary, and requisition of materials.
The Stores Manager will maintain stores systems/registers including all records of items in stock, dispatch and keeping an up to date record of all inventories. The Stores Manager will wnsure roll out of stores systems / stock registers to other Jhpiego Regional officers and will also work closely with the Finance and Operations Director for better management of stores. She/he will work closely with the Finance and Operations Director and will proactively identify gaps and make suggestions for improvement.

Required Qualifications
• University degree in stores management/supply chain or related
• Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft office
• Minimum five years experience in a similar position
• Knowledge in Quick Books or Store management information system is an added advantage
• Experience working in a busy office within the private sector especially with an international organization
• Store keeping and asset management experience
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili.

Tanzania nationals who have previous experience working with an international organization are preferred.
