RTI is currently secking expressions of interest from qualified Chief of Party candidates and technical specialists for an anticipated upcoming US government-funded program in Tanzania. Preferred candidates will gave specific experience in youth-focused programming in the areas of agriculture, workforce development, or entemprise development in Tanzania.

Technical Specialists: preferred candidates will have specific experience in youth-focused programming in the areas of agriculture workforce development or enterprise development in Tanzania.

Qualifications
• Bachelor`s degree required; master`s level degree in relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years experience in technical field.
• Reputation for professional excellence (as evidenced by references and achievements).
• Strong written communication and effective cross-cultural interpersonal skills. Experience working on international donor-funded development projects preferred.
• Language ability oral and written fluency in English Kiswahili fluency preferred.
• Prior experience working in Tanzania (Tanzania residents preferred.)

Demonstrated technical expertise in one of the following areas

• SME Development and Finance
