QUALIFICATIONS
– At least bachelor degree in chemical and process engineering or equivalent recognized registered institutions
– 2 years experience working in manufacturing cement industry or equivalent
– Must computer literacy and able to communicate In English and Kiswahili

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Responsible for optimum utilizations of the mills to achieve productions target
– Responsible for optimum utilizations of all productions resources to achieve all productions targets
– Ensure that there is optimal process performance and good productions efficiency
– Ensure the quality of the cement is meets the set quality requirements
– Liaise with the maintenance department in planning in and maintenance of the machines
– Responsible for providing assistance and support during the shutdown of mills
– Ensure there is good housekeeping and safe working place
– Responsible for overseeing the health safety of both staff and machines productions, quality and cost in order to comply with group standards and the occupational safety and health authority requirements
– Perform any other duties that may be assigned
