EDUCATION
• Holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and NEBOSH Diploma.
• 3-5 year`s Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Interpersonal Skills Required
• Good computer knowledge and computer skills.
• Good presentation and investigation skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with various personnel and teams and be flexible in work assignments.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently, on own initiative.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities
• To implement, review, update and improve the MOGAS HSSEQ guidelines and procedures.
• To organize the MOGAS safety incentive program through near miss reporting.
• Subcontractor approval, audits and measuring of performance.
• Maintain evaluation of compliance and update of legal and other requirements related to environment and health and safety.
• Internal audits (planning, monitoring and Evaluation and close out as per schedule)
• HSE internal trainings (Identify need and Gap) and provide weekly trainings as required.
• Conduct monthly meetings with contractors and management on HSSEQ related issues.
• To oversee, maintain and periodically service all firefighting, rescue and emergency response equipment.
• Conduct and update risk assessments periodically.
• Oversee safe implementation and execution of all work activities at the depot and throughout the retail network.
• To lead emergency response team and assist in its effective operation.
• Investigate, analyze and report on accidents, incidents and near misses within the operation.
• Oversee effective implementation of the work permit system.
