KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for documenting initial history and physical examination
• Responsible for providing basic pre and post-operative care of patients under supervision of seniors and assisting consulting surgeons in operating theater procedures
• Acquire Skills to perform procedures at beside and at A&E under supervision
• To become an integral part of an team by acquiring organizational and interpersonal skills
• At this level the RMO assumes the responsibility of teaching interns and junior level RMOs

QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• Medical degree plus successful completion of one year of intership plus registration with the Medical Council of Tanganyika
