Purpose:
UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a consultant to provide support to its career development programme. The career development programme, which launched in 2013, encompasses a wide range of learning, from face to face workshops, e-learning initiatives, to a new online Career Portal.

Minimum requirements and competencies:
• Completion of Secondary Education. Undergraduate level degree or equivalent desirable; graduate coursework preferred.
• Work experience in human resources, preferably with experience in human resources systems. Interest/background in learning and staff development a plus.
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of a second UN language highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Writing and research skills also important, as is a strong client orientation.
