Nature and Scope of the Position
The key duties and responsibilities will include the following:
1. Identify, recruit and retain a team of sales people.
2. Market and promote to clients the purchase of insurance products of the company as introduced.
3. Establishing strong relationships with clients and managing their expectations.
4. Delivery of set budget/target and maximizes revenue generation.
5. Provide after sales service in respect of the insurance products solicited and procured.
Candidate Profile:
1. Should possess a degree/diploma in sales and marketing or business administration from a recognized university.
2. Be smart with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills (essential)
3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team (Essential)
4. Trustworthy, reliable, a good listener and possess high convinceing power (Essential)
5. A good team player having a successful track record of sales in insurance Domain. (Desirable)
