Our largest operations are in Tanzania where Mobisol has established a strong sales base as well as a qualified and highly motivated local team of over 150 employees. Mobisol Ltd has been established in 2013 to foster and expand our operations within the Tanzanian market and accompany our growth in East Africa.
As part of our expansion plan in Tanzania, Mobisol Ltd is looking for Sales Agents Teamleader our Main Office in Arusha Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The main role of the The Sales Agent Teamleader is responsible for establishing and managing a network of Sales Agent that is able to cover the whole of the respective Zone.This responsibility includes the recruitment of Sales Agents as well as managing this network of freelance agents through a team of Sales Coordinators (including Setting & Monitoring of Targets, Establishing Activity Plans etc.)
The responsibilities include but not limited to:

Supervision of Agent Network
• Supervise team members and make them follow agreed procedures & processes
• Schedule Sales Agent Coordination Activities and Marketing events with Sales Coordinator network
• Ensure compliance with company policy in all marketing & sales activities
• Keep record of all Certifications, Sales Agent Contracts and all other Sales Agent related records in Agent Files
• Ensure Monthly Market Hub Meetings (with all agents connected to the hub) are held by each of the Sales Coordinators
o Ensure All Sales Coordinators keep their activity records to highest standards (Territory Files, Journey Plans, Daily Sales Performance Sheet…)

Monitoring & Evaluation
• Provide Information about Sales Agents and Market Hub Sales Performance Input to the Sales And Marketing Administrator
• Ensure overall performance of the whole Sales Agent network is achieved through effective guidance and feedback towards Sales Coordinators
• Monitor Effectiveness of Sales Coordination activities and Marketing Events being attended
o Provide feedback for the monthly preparation of the Sales Agent Payroll and ensuring performance feedback is incorporated according to company policy

Capacity Building
• Continuously improve the training of Mobisol Sales Agents in cooperation with the Sales Agent Trainer
• Centralize feedback about active Sales Agents coming from the various Mobisol departments and implement reactions according to Mobisol’s company Policy
o Share Lessons Learned and best practices with the whole agent network and include these lessons learned into the formulation of the design & strategy of the sales agent networkWork / information Process

REPORTION/ AUTHORITY
Reporting:
• Sales Agent Teamleader reports to the Head of Sales and the Sales and Marketing Admin in the National Hub / Country Office
• The report should include reports about performance of the team of Sales Coordinators and Sales Agents as well as effectiveness of Marketing Activities attended
Authority:
• The Sales Agent Teamleader (SAT) has the disciplinary and technical authority over the Sales Coordinators as well as Agents in the respective zone
The SAS should act as a Team Leader and Representative of the Sales Agent Network

Job requirements
Qualifications and skills required:
• Bachelor Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or any other related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position with similar activities
• Experience in managing a team of sales people
• Highly-organized with clear dissemination and collection of information to / from a team
• Strong sense of urgency and deadline driven
• Experience in Market Analysis
• Dynamic self-starter, high energy and strong initiative
• Ability to research, reconcile and communicate sales data
• Effective team membership skills and high level of interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel domestically in geographic Zone assigned
Fluency in CO-specific language and English
